Prabhat Kumar

Prabhat Kumar, CPA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal audit and compliance leadership across multiple organizations. Beginning as Senior Director of Internal Audit & Compliance at Canon USA from 2006 to 2016, Prabhat played a key role in developing a decentralized compliance structure. Subsequently, Prabhat served as Vice President of Global Internal Audit at Multi Packaging Solutions (MPS) and later as Corporate Vice President of Internal Audit at Gibraltar Industries, focusing on establishing global audit functions. In 2020, Prabhat joined Revlon Inc. as Chief Audit Executive to develop a global internal audit function and has since taken on Chief Audit Executive roles at Interparfums, Inc. and VP at konaAI, where the focus is on leveraging AI data analytics for audit and compliance initiatives. Educationally, Prabhat holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from State University, India.
