Ryan Stokes is a seasoned professional in construction project management and architecture, currently serving as the Founder of Koncurent since January 2023, where the focus is on simplifying material tracking and enhancing communication in project management. Concurrently, Ryan holds the position of Senior Project Manager at TERVA Corporation for the Roux Institute at Northeastern University and previously served in a similar role at Wright-Ryan Construction, Inc., where notable projects included the University of Maine Hotel renovation. Ryan's extensive experience encompasses project management roles at CIANBRO, Lee Kennedy Co., Inc., and Commodore Builders, leading significant projects such as the Maine Department of Corrections campus design and the construction of an office building for Analog Devices. With a Bachelor of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a strong background in both project oversight and design, Ryan has contributed to various educational and commercial projects throughout the New England area.
