Carsten Eustergerling

Carsten Eustergerling is currently the VP of Lean Management - KC Way at Konecranes, a position held since 2021. Prior to this role, Carsten served as VP of Demag Operations and Supply at Demag from 2017 to 2021 and held various leadership positions, including Managing Director at Terex MHPS and Lean Director at both Terex Corporation and Terex MHPS. Carsten began their career at Demag Cranes & Components GmbH, where they worked as Leader of both the Productcenter and plant planning from 2005 to 2013. Carsten is also pursuing a degree as a REFA Techniker at REFA Verband.
