Ning Hu has extensive experience in digital services and customer relationship management, currently serving as a Senior Support Expert in Digital Services at Konecranes since November 2010. In this role, Ning focuses on digital service web portal development, remote service data analysis, and process design, while also providing global support and training. Prior to Konecranes, Ning worked as a Sales Assistant and PR at Metso Paper in Järvenpää, Finland, where responsibilities included managing public relations, conducting market research, and supporting spare parts sales. Educationally, Ning holds a Master’s Degree in Business Presentation from Aalto University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Laurea University of Applied Sciences, specializing in service and customer relationship management.
