Ralph Eising

Ralph Eising is an experienced professional in mechanical design and engineering, with a career spanning over 25 years in various leadership roles. Eising began as a Trainee in Crane Engineering at Mannesmann DEMAG Pty Ltd and progressed to a Design Engineer at Mannesmann Demag Fördertechnik AG. Subsequently, Eising held managerial positions at Terex MHPS GmbH, including Senior Manager R+D for Drives Components and Manager R+D for Mechanic Drives. Ralph transitioned to Konecranes, serving as Director of the Core of Lifting and leading the Engineering Knowledge Center in Shanghai. Eising's academic background includes a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Design from Bochum University of Applied Sciences and completion of the Konecranes Leader Program at Aalto University.
