Vladislav Gvozdev

Vladislav Gvozdev, PMP, is a seasoned Quality and Project Management professional with over 15 years of experience in both nuclear and non-nuclear industries. Currently, as the Global Process Owner for Quality Management at Konecranes, they focus on process development, compliance, and improvement across multiple regions. Previously, Vladislav held various leadership roles, including QA Director at RAOS Project Oy and Head of the Quality Department at JSC Technical Center Soldream MSK, where they successfully implemented Quality Management Systems and led high-performing teams. They possess a Postgraduate Degree in Quality from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University and an Engineer's degree from Moscow State Agroengineering University.
