Michael Mankarios is currently the Global Head of Training and Quality at Konecta, bringing extensive experience in the outsourcing and offshoring industry. Previously, Michael served as the Global L&D Manager at Teleperformance Global Learning & Development, where they led various process improvement initiatives and performance management projects. From 2015 to 2019, Michael worked at Teleperformance Egypt, beginning as a Training Supervisor and progressing to Assistant Training & Quality Manager, overseeing training and quality activities for multiple clients. Michael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Helwan University Cairo in 2010.
