Konectia is the AI hiring agent for B2B GTM teams. Instead of reading CVs, we make every candidate pitch live, score how they actually sell, and send you only the ones who can close — each one human-verified, with recordings and scorecards.

THE OLD WORLD vs THE NEW WORLD
A CV reads well but proves nothing. The best predictor of how someone sells is watching them sell. So we test it — same criteria, every candidate, no bias.

HOW IT WORKS
1. The AI agent learns your culture and benchmarks candidates for the role you post.
2. We launch a pitch challenge — GTM players enter.
3. The AI agent runs a live call: discovery, objection handling, storytelling, close.
4. A Talent Engineer ships you a ranked shortlist — recordings + scorecards, human-reviewed finalists.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
· Pitches, not keywords — every candidate is tested live before you see them.
· GTM roles only — SDR, AE, CS, RevOps. IC to mid level. That's our lane.
· Human + AI — the AI runs the test, humans review the finalists.
· Evidence included — recordings and scorecards with every shortlist.

PRICING
Startups pay a success fee: 10% of yearly cash comp, only when you hire. No upfront cost. GTM players compete for free — get scored, get seen, get hired.
