Mark Arnold

Mark Arnold has a comprehensive and diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mark started their career in 1990 as a Crossdock Supervisor at Customized Transportation, where they managed forklift drivers and implemented procedures for efficient truck loading. In 1997, they joined Penske Logistics and progressed through various roles such as Operations Manager, General Manager, Dedicated Solutions Product Manager, and eventually as a Strategic Account Executive. During their 18-year tenure, Mark focused on providing total supply chain solutions to Fortune 500 companies and building relationships with key stakeholders. In 2015, they joined NFI as the Director of Sales, responsible for expanding the customer base and selling diverse supply chain product lines. In 2017, they became a Co-Founder of Konexial, a company revolutionizing the logistics industry with a mobile logistics ecosystem. Currently, Mark serves as the President of FreightLink Transportation, where they offer dedicated fleet and drayage solutions, operating in multiple ports and cities across the United States.

Mark Arnold completed their Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Union University, which they attended from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued studies in Business at Arkansas State University from 1987 to 1991. In addition, Mark obtained a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from General Electric in December 2007.
