Socorro Ramirez

Socorro Ramirez has extensive work experience in various roles within the customer service and operations field. Socorro'smost recent role is as the CX & Enablement Operations Sr Director at Konfío. Prior to that, they were the Directora de Servicio y Experiencia del Cliente TDC TotalPlay at Totalplay. Socorro also served as the Directora de Desarrollo de Negocio at GRUPO CONCENTRA. Socorro has also worked at BBVA en México, where they held positions as the Directora Estrategia y control CCC and the Directora Operaciones Contact Center. Before that, they worked at Seguros BBVA Bancomer as the Directora Servicio a Clientes, at Scotiabank as the Directora Servicio a Clientes, and at Grupo CIE/Sitel de Mexico.

Socorro Ramirez completed a master's degree in Integrated Marketing at Universidad Anáhuac del Sur from 2013 to 2016. Socorro also attended the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences at UNAM, studying Communication Sciences.
