Arnav Bal

Arnav Bal currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Kong Inc. since November 2025. Previously, Arnav worked as a Solutions Engineer at Okta from March 2024 to October 2025 and held multiple roles at Wipro, including Senior Consultant and Business Analyst from June 2019 to March 2024, as well as a Business Application Services Intern in 2018. Earlier experience includes a position as a Junior Associate at the Quality Council of India, contributing to the Swachh Survekshan Gramin project, and a role as Content Writer and Team Lead at Carpetvala, where responsibilities included content management and marketing outreach. Arnav began a career as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte, focusing on operations management for Anthem, Inc. Arnav holds a PGDM-C in Strategic Marketing from MICA and additional educational experience from St. Xavier's College and Vellore Institute of Technology.
