Brandon Randazzo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brandon most recently worked at Kong Inc. as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to that, they held various roles at Invoice2go, including Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist and Sr. Manager, Talent. At Light, they served as a Recruiting Consultant, supporting multiple teams within the organization. Brandon also worked as a Recruiting Consultant at Scalyr, where they focused on sourcing and interviewing candidates for marketing, sales, and engineering roles. Before that, Randazzo served as a Sr. G&A Recruiter at Hortonworks, specializing in big data technologies. Brandon began their career at TEKsystems, where they held multiple roles such as Account Recruiting Manager, Professional Recruiter, Manager of Recruiting Operations, and Professional Trainer/Training Facilitator. Throughout their career, Randazzo has gained experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, candidate evaluation, negotiating employment terms, and training new recruiters.
Brandon Randazzo attended Loyola High School from 1990 to 1994. Brandon then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
