Johan Dahlström

Johan Dahlström has over 15 years of work experience, starting in 2006 with TDC, where they held various positions in account management and customer service. Johan then worked at Interoute as an Account Director and later as a Senior Account Director from 2013 to 2018. Following this, Johan joined Splunk as a Regional Sales Manager in 2018. Johan then moved on to Kong Inc., where they held the role of Director of Sales, Nordics from 2020 to 2021, before becoming the Regional Director North EMEA in April 2021. Throughout their career, Johan has been involved in building and leading sales teams, developing strategies, and driving cultural change.

Johan Dahlström pursued their education at various institutions. From 2001 to 2001, they attended the University of Brighton, where they obtained a Cambridge Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. Subsequently, they enrolled at Karlstad University, from 2002 to 2006, and earned a Master's degree in International Master of Service Management - Research (IMSM-R), specializing in Service Management. In addition, in 2005 and 2006, Johan attended ABF to study Italian Studies.
