Previous positions include Senior Customer Reliability Engineer at DigiCert, Inc., and various technical support roles at Symantec, culminating as an Associate Authentication Analyst. Li Yang began the career at Salmat in customer service and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering from Shenzhen University.
