Nelson Yee

Nelson Yee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engagement management and professional services. Currently serving as Engagement Manager at Kong Inc. since September 2023, Nelson has also held senior positions at Google and Looker since February 2020 and July 2018 respectively. Prior roles include Director of Professional Services at Talend, Engagement Manager at Marketo, and Service Sales Manager at VMware, where Nelson originated the Service Sales Manager role for the North American commercial and mid-market accounts. Additional experience includes management at EMC and Merced Systems, where Nelson oversaw project teams and customer relationships. Nelson began a career as a Senior SAP Integration Engineer at diCarta and co-founded Portal Wave, Inc., where strategic alliances and engineering team management were key responsibilities. Nelson earned a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University at Albany.
