Randi Gans

Randi Gans has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Randi is currently the Director of Talent Operations at Kong Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Citrix, where they held multiple roles including Global Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategic Operations and Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations and Experience for the Americas. Randi also worked as a Consultant at Citrix. Before joining Citrix, Randi worked at CHG Healthcare as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, overseeing the recruitment of healthcare professionals. Randi also held the position of Manager of Talent Acquisition at CHG Healthcare. Prior to their time at CHG Healthcare, Randi was a Manager of Recruiting at Kaplan, Inc., an international provider of educational and career services. Randi also briefly worked as a Product Manager at Saveology. Randi began their career at TEKsystems, where they held positions as an Account Manager and a Recruiter. Throughout their career, Randi has developed a strong background in talent acquisition, operations, and management.

Randi Gans obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they pursued their Master's degree in Psychology at Nova Southeastern University. Randi attended Nova Southeastern University between 2001 and 2003.
