Raphaël Velfre

Raphaël Velfre has a diverse work experience in various industries. Raphaël started their career as a student intern at Steria in 2012. Raphaël then joined CGI en France as an IT Engineer, where they managed a team and worked on data management and optimization projects. In 2015, Raphaël became a Big Data project leader at Darty. Raphaël later moved on to MapR Technologies, where they worked as a Senior Data Engineer and later as a Solution Engineer. In 2019, they joined Sprinklr as an Account Executive and eventually became a Global Strategic Account Executive. Currently, Raphaël is working as an Enterprise Account Executive at Kong Inc., a leading company in the API market. During their time at Kong Inc., the company's valuation tripled, reaching a unicorn status with a $1.4 billion valuation.

Raphaël Velfre completed their education with a Mastère spécialisé BI & BIG DATA (BAC +6) from Grenoble Ecole de Management in the year 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a five-year engineering program at ESIEA - ÉCOLE D'INGÉNIEUR·E·S D'UN NUMÉRIQUE UTILE, receiving a Master degree in Engineering in 2013. Raphaël also participated in a student exchange program at Concordia University from 2010 to 2011, focusing on Computer Engineering. As for additional certifications, Raphaël obtained the MapR Certified Cluster Administrator 5.1 (MCCA) from MapR Technologies in May 2016. Raphaël also completed the Data Analyst Training from Cloudera in June 2014 and received Coursera Verified Certificates for the courses "Getting and Cleaning Data" and "R Programming" in the same year. Additionally, Raphaël underwent Python Training through Udacity, details of the completion date are not available.
