Stephen Vouch has extensive experience in technical recruiting and talent acquisition. Stephen currently works at Kong Inc. as an Engineering Recruiting Manager, where they collaborate with engineering leaders to build and grow software engineering teams. Prior to this, Stephen worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at VMware, where they played a key role in streamlining organizations' digital transformation and improving business agility. Stephen also founded Iron Sights Recruiting, a strategic recruitment service specializing in high technology startups and public companies. Stephen's earlier experience includes roles as a Recruiting Associate at Neighbors & Associates, focusing on the Data Infrastructure market, and as a Group Manager and Sr. Headhunter at Jivaro Professional Headhunters, where they recruited for various companies and nurtured relationships with executives. Stephen's expertise encompasses sourcing candidates through various platforms, managing the interview process, and guiding hiring managers and candidates through the closing process.

Stephen Vouch completed a 4-year Electrical Apprenticeship program at the College of Southern Idaho from 2006 to 2010.
