Steve Roberts

Steve Roberts has a strong background in technical roles, with their most recent position as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Kong Inc. starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at MuleSoft from 2017 to 2022, where they held the roles of Senior Solutions Architect and Solutions Architect. In these positions, they played a key role in helping organizations improve their overall speed and agility through API-led connectivity.

Before joining MuleSoft, Steve worked at CA Technologies from 2012 to 2017, where they held the roles of Services Architect and Sr Services Consultant. During this time, they assisted businesses in understanding and leveraging DevOps, as well as providing pre- and post-sales services consultancy for CA DevOps technology solutions.

Steve's earlier experience includes working at HP Enterprise Services from 2006 to 2012. Steve held various roles, including Information Systems Architect, Environments and Patching Manager, and Integration Analyst. In these positions, they focused on Oracle-based solutions, played a key role in securing new business, provided technical direction to projects, and managed environments and patching.

Steve Roberts completed their primary and secondary education at Dr Challoner's Grammar School from 1996 to 2002. Steve then pursued a degree in Software Engineering at The University of Sheffield from 2002 to 2006, specializing in Computer Science.
