Senior Enterprise Business Development Representative at Kong

Thomas Charbon has a diverse work experience across various industries. Thomas started their career as a construction worker at BATI MAILAN FRANCE in 2016. Thomas then worked as a co-manager at Nicolas, where they were responsible for oenological training, in-store sales, order and inventory management, and achieving sales targets. After that, they joined FONCIA as a rental negotiator for a brief period.

In 2016, Thomas became the co-president of The Lab Factory, where they served until 2019. During their tenure, they played a leadership role in the organization.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Sales Development Representative at Carts Guru in Barcelona, Spain.

Thomas then transitioned to a role at SUEZ as a Key Account Sales Representative. Their responsibilities at SUEZ included serving the recycling and recovery branch and managing a portfolio worth over €30M.

In 2019, Thomas started their own side project called Recollection Records, an electronic music record label. As the president of Recollection Records, they managed artists, organized events, and created communication plans.

In 2021, they joined Udacity as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, focusing on promoting A.I., machine learning, data science, analytics, cloud, cybersecurity, and autonomous systems.

Currently, Thomas works at Kong Inc. as an Enterprise Account Development Representative, ensuring data accessibility anytime and anywhere.

Thomas Charbon attended the IÉSEG School of Management from 2015 to 2021, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management. The program was ranked 6th in France and 21st worldwide according to the Financial Times ranking. Prior to that, Thomas completed their Baccalauréat at Lycée Passy Buzenval, with a focus on the ES field of study.
