Kongeegen A/S was founded in 2001 and the company primarily invests in commercial properties with development potential - preferable located in Copenhagen and in the northern region of Sealand.

The real estate portfolio contains commercial properties: from classic properties to former industrial properties that are rebuilt into office tenancies or shop and storage tenancies - while maintaining each property’s special architectural features and potential.
