Kongusto: Nearshore Excellence Built on Integrity & U.S. Leadership.

Founded in January 2025, Kongusto has rapidly evolved from a burgeoning startup into a premier boutique BPO and nearshoring firm. Our growth is rooted in a simple, unwavering philosophy: People-First. We bridge the gap between U.S. enterprises and top-tier, bilingual talent across Latin America, delivering operational superiority that goes far beyond cost savings.

The Power of Experience: 25+ Years of Expertise
Kongusto is led by a U.S. owner with over 25 years of experience in the Finance, Technology, and BPO sectors. With a 16-year specialized track record in nearshoring—having launched and operated successful businesses across five countries, primarily in Central America—our leadership understands the nuances of regional operations and the high standards of American corporate culture.
Our Core Pillars
U.S. Values & Integrity - We operate with the transparency and accountability you expect from a domestic partner. Our "People-First" culture ensures we treat our employees like family, investing in their growth and well-being. This results in higher retention and a stable, high-performing team for your business.
🛡️ Security & Infrastructure - Data integrity is non-negotiable. Our teams work from Class-A offices using company-managed technology and rigorous cybersecurity protocols. We protect your business continuity with the same diligence we use to protect our own.
🤝 Seamless Integration - We don’t just provide staff; we build "dream teams." Our dedicated, full-time nearshore professionals work directly within your workflows—from Customer Service and IT Support to Accounting and Digital Marketing.
🌎 The Nearshore Advantage - By leveraging highly educated professionals in Latin America, we provide skilled talent in your time zone. This proximity eliminates cultural barriers and enhances real-time collaboration, boosting productivity while reducing overhead.
