Eric Lalande

Eric Lalande has extensive experience in financial management and control, currently serving as the Plant Controller at KONI since May 2017, where responsibilities include ensuring financial integrity and compliance with SOX regulations, driving financial performance through budget management and KPI tracking. Previously, as an Industrial Controller at the same company, Eric developed and reported key performance indicators while facilitating operations and finance. During a Junior Controller internship at Digiweb New Zealand, Eric engaged in various financial reporting tasks and project-based work focused on revenue analysis and financial governance. Eric's early experiences include roles in market research and sales, complemented by an academic background in Global Leadership Management from NUCB Business School and Finance and Logistics from Rennes School of Business.
