Prior to KONI, Rob held a supervisory role at Neovia Logistics, managing around 35 warehouse staff and ensuring safety and productivity goals were met. Rob's career began at Philips, where various leadership positions were held over 26 years, focusing on production and logistics oversight, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Rob Gerritsen holds multiple certifications and diplomas in logistics, management, and supply chain from reputable institutions, demonstrating a solid foundation in operational excellence.
