Bernhard Schuster is a seasoned software architect and engineering manager with extensive experience in blockchain technology, embedded systems, and AI applications. Currently serving as a Software Architecture Consultant at konifay since July 2022, Bernhard previously held the role of Engineering Manager/Technical Lead at Gensyn, focusing on distributed neural network training. As the Parachains Engineering Team Lead at Parity Technologies, leadership involved directing a team to deliver scalable software solutions. Prior roles include embedded software engineering and architecture at BMW Group, where development of security domain code occurred, and various positions in software engineering and development across prominent companies including nello.io and Airbus Defence and Space. Bernhard holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
