Some businesses have a great product or service and still struggle to grow. The missing piece is almost always the same thing: conversation.
Konpasu exists to close that gap.
Founded by Wendy Harris — a commercial conversations specialist with over 38 years of experience — Konpasu works with business owners and sales professionals across Scotland and the UK who know they should be doing more with their relationships, their LinkedIn presence, and their phone.
We train. We coach. We manage. We connect.
What that looks like in practice:
📞 Telemarketing & Telesales Training — building the skills and confidence to lead commercial conversations that actually convert
💼 LinkedIn Training & Managed Services — from profile to pipeline, for individuals and businesses who want LinkedIn to work harder
🎤 Commercial Conversations Workshop — the live, interactive programme that shifts how you think about selling forever
🏔️ Mountain Path — a structured 1:1 programme for business owners ready to move from busy to purposeful
🎙️ Making Conversations Count Podcast — 118 episodes of real business conversations with leaders who’ve built something worth talking about
📖 Making Conversations Count — the book. An Amazon #3 bestseller and the foundation of everything we teach
📬 Take the Lead Newsletter — 5,500+ subscribers getting a straight-talking weekly read on conversations, LinkedIn, and business growth
🤝 Konpasu Community — live networking events across Ayrshire, Glasgow, and Edinburgh, plus an online Skool community for members who want connection without the commute
If you’ve found this page through a networking event, a training programme, the podcast, or someone who said “you need to speak to Wendy” — you’re in the right place.
Nothing grows without connection. Let’s make yours count.
