Konquest is the AI-powered commission performance platform for recruitment and staffing agencies.

We help agencies calculate complex commission accurately, explain earnings clearly, and use incentive data to drive better behaviour, revenue, margin and trust.

Built specifically for recruitment, Konquest supports perm, contract and temp schemes, thresholds, tiers, splits, manager overrides, clawbacks, pay-when-paid rules, approvals, forecasting, audit trails and integrations with the systems agencies already use.

Our calculation engine is deterministic and auditable. AI sits around that engine to explain scheme logic, prepare data, surface insight and reduce manual work.

Commission is not just a back-office calculation. It is one of the most powerful performance systems in a recruitment business.

Konquest makes it visible, explainable and commercially useful.
