Lars Rommen

Lars Rommen is an experienced professional with a background in career counseling and project management. From 2013 to December 2017, Lars worked at Din Utvikling AS as a career advisor and market coordinator, focusing on motivating participants to enter the job market. Since January 2013, Lars has been a partner and project leader at Konsulentguiden, where responsibilities include sales and marketing oversight as well as managing the annual Konsulentprisen event. Lars has held the position of Managing Partner at Konsulentguiden since December 2017. Educational qualifications include a degree from Universitetet i Tromsø in law, a WIE Work Interest Explorer certification from Karriereverktøy DA, and training in media and communication, macroeconomics, marketing management, organizational psychology from NMH, along with a three-day course in motivational interviewing from the MINT network.
