Wayne Yoder is an experienced psychotherapist and consultant with a background in providing psychological support to individuals in high-stress and trauma-affected environments. Currently, Wayne serves as a Consultant with The KonTerra Group, where efforts focus on enhancing resilience in humanitarian and development organizations. Wayne has operated a private psychotherapy practice since 2015, addressing a range of psychological issues including PTSD and depression. Previous roles include providing critical mental health services to military personnel in Afghanistan with DynCorp International and working in various clinical settings, including Army Behavioral Health Clinics in Germany. Wayne's extensive experience also encompasses leadership as Executive Director of the Community Counseling Center and a foundational role in education as an English Department Chairman. Wayne holds a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Eastern Mennonite University.
