Mariska Peeters

Mariska Peeters is an organization developer and strategic advisor currently working at the Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid, where they focus on long-term goals and organizational change. They founded IOMOS to support the development of people and organizations, approaching challenges from a systemic perspective. Mariska has previously held roles at various institutions, including as a consultant and trainer at Berenschot and as a crisis management advisor at Rijkswaterstaat. They are also the Head of Learning at Blikverruimers, where they inspire and train the next generation of supervisors. Mariska holds multiple degrees from Leiden University, including a Master's in Science.
