Anyone developing or assembling electric motors knows: Magnetic imbalances and NVH irregularities can become costly if detected too late.

We provide the solution: Our systems analyze the magnetic field of rotors and stators of PSM, EESM, AFM or linear motors within seconds – cycle-time optimized, fully automated, and with 100% output control.

Whether it’s design validation, prototyping, or quality assurance – our systems integrate seamlessly into any production environment and help identify anomalies early on while optimizing processes.

Failure analysis: In addition to graphical and mathematical analysis, we are able to draw conclusions about the cause from the captured signature – thus offering you a decisive advantage for your process and procurement optimization.

Together with you, we identify potential sources of failure in your product and determine the relevant disturbances in the production environment. We then simulate and analyze the failure pattern and develop a concept for the sustainable elimination of the cause of the failure.
