Koodos is a modern, FCA-regulated venture investment platform backing ambitious founders with capital, structure, and long-term support.
Venture investing has traditionally been closed, opaque, and intimidating. Koodos exists to change that – combining institutional structure with a modern, human approach focused on long-term value, not short-term noise.
We broaden access to high-quality venture opportunities for investors while giving founders the freedom and resources to build meaningful companies. We operate with transparency, discipline, and clarity at every stage.

Koodos is not a traditional venture capital fund, a loose angel network, or a hype-driven community. We provide structured access, regulatory oversight, strategic guidance, and a network of aligned founders and investors building the future.
