Koolab UG helps ambitious consumer brands turn influencer marketing into a structured, scalable growth channel.

After years of managing influencer marketing in-house, we saw the same pattern repeatedly: random creator selection, no clear testing structure, weak negotiation, and no real ownership of the channel. Influencer marketing was treated like a series of campaigns instead of a long-term growth lever.

Koolab was built to change that.

We work with brands as an outsourced Head of Influencer Marketing. From strategy and creator sourcing to negotiation, execution, and amplification, we take full ownership of the channel and build systems that drive measurable performance.

We don’t book influencers.
We build and run the channel properly.
