Ayoola Dominic

Ayoola Dominic has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ayoola is currently serving as the President and Co-Founder of Koolboks, where they focus on providing refrigeration and cooling solutions to developing countries. Prior to this, Ayoola held a key role as the Director of Operations for the MEA division of Servier, where they successfully led a major acquisition and expanded the team's size and company's growth. Ayoola also served as the Deputy Regional Operations Manager, overseeing strategy implementation, sales training, and the establishment of Servier Nigeria. Before joining Servier, Ayoola worked as a Talent Management Consultant for Robert Walters, specializing in strategic recruitment consulting and establishing the Africa Energy Division. Ayoola also gained experience in marketing intelligence as a Marketing Intelligence Officer at Loreal, specializing in obtaining deep insights into dermatological practices in Africa. In the early stages of their career, Ayoola worked at AstraZeneca as a Territory Sales Manager and Medical Representative, where they contributed to the successful relaunch of two products and implemented retail customer training initiatives. Ayoola began their professional journey as a Clinical Pharmacist Intern at the Psychiatric Hospital Yaba Lagos. Overall, Ayoola Dominic has consistently demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for improving access to healthcare and essential services in developing countries.

Ayoola Dominic earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree in Pharmacy from Obafemi Awolowo University, from 1997 to 2005. Later, from 2010 to 2011, they attended EDHEC Business School, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Entrepreneurship with a specialization in the Business Development Track.
