Marcel van de Koolwijk

Marcel van de Koolwijk is currently the Corporate QSHE Manager at KOOLE, a position they have held since 2025. They previously worked at Wintershall Dea in various roles, including Head of HSE Operations and Emission Reduction & Decommissioning Specialist. From 1988 to 2005, Marcel gained extensive experience in decommissioning companies as a Toolpusher, Project Manager, and other managerial roles. They also served as HSE Coordinator at Wintershall Libya and held multiple offshore installation manager and HSE supervisor positions at Wintershall Noordzee from 2019 to 2021. Marcel completed a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety at the University of Antwerp from 2005 to 2006.
