Dmitro Pustovit

Dmitro Pustovit has extensive work experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles.

From 2021 onwards, they have been working as a Senior Software Engineer at Kooltra.

In 2020, Dmitro worked at Axora as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving a marketplace for solutions related to metal&mining and oil&gas industries. Dmitro utilized a multi-paradigm approach, incorporating external SaaS solutions and serverless architecture based on AWS services.

In 2019, they worked at Rails Reactor as a Senior Software Engineer, where they implemented a distributed system for the recruitment area. Dmitro utilized microservices architecture, AWS, Kafka, NoSQL, SQL, and Kubernetes.

Also in 2019, Dmitro served as a Technical Lead at Syngenta, leading and mentoring a team of 16 members. Dmitro took part in designing and implementing a platform that unified multiple small applications into one portal. Dmitro also managed outsourced teams working on the company's products.

From 2015 to 2019, they were a Tech Lead at OneDome, where they implemented a distributed system for proptech. Dmitro utilized microservices architecture and AWS, and their responsibilities included analysis, design, development, and team management.

From 2008 to 2015, Dmitro worked at NetCracker in various roles. As a Team Lead, they contributed to the implementation of OSS/BSS solutions, focusing on CRM, order entry, and sales force automation components. As a Senior Software Engineer, they worked on the implementation of CCSM components, and as a Software Engineer, they developed network inventory, CIA, order entry components, and self-service portals. Dmitro started their career as a Junior Software Engineer, working on the development of a network inventory solution.

Dmitro Pustovit's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' between the years 2005 and 2009. Subsequently, they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology at the same institution from 2009 to 2011.
