Matt Boers

Matt Boers is currently the Mechanical Engineering Manager at Koops Automation Systems, having previously served as Mechanical Engineering Lead. Matt began their career as a Process Engineering Intern at Gentex Corporation, where they assisted with process improvement and trained employees. They also held roles at Koops Incorporated, including Mechanical Designer and Launch Engineering Lead, before advancing to management at Koops Automation Systems. Matt has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a mechanical emphasis from Grand Valley State University, which they are still pursuing.
