Sam Baas has over nine years of experience in the automation and engineering sectors, currently serving as an Applications Engineer and Applications Engineering Manager at Koops Automation Systems since June 2014. In this role, Sam focuses on applications, account management, and sales, and previously managed projects involving the design and manufacture of custom automated machinery. Prior experience includes working as a Welding Technician at River City Metal Products, as well as an IT Technician at Calvin College and a Pre-Fab technician at Interstates Engineering. Sam holds a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Computer Systems from Calvin University.
