Aynsley Bernard has a diverse work experience starting as a Production Services Analyst at Nomura in 2015. Aynsley then worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Bath in 2017 and as a Postgraduate Researcher at the University of Oxford in 2018. Aynsley went on to work as a Data Scientist at Fospha from 2018 to 2020, where they led Fospha Labs, focusing on product research and development. Aynsley continued their data science career at Arthur D. Little from 2020 to 2021, where they strengthened the AI/ML practice, focusing on life-changing therapies for rare diseases. Currently, they are at Kooth plc as the Inaugural Data Scientist since 2021, where their achievements include developing machine learning solutions and conducting research during COVID-19. In the near future, Aynsley will start working as a Learning Facilitator at GetSmarter for MIT Sloan's Artificial Intelligence in Health Care program.

Aynsley Bernard holds a BSc in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Bath, completed from 2013 to 2017. Following this, Aynsley pursued an MSc in Statistical Science at the University of Oxford, completed in 2018. Additional certifications in various fields were obtained, including Public Speaking in 2016, and Advanced AI and Deep Learning in 2021 from Udemy.
