Bo Peng

Bo Peng is a seasoned Data Science and Machine Learning leader with 15 years of experience driving product innovation at the intersection of human-centered design and data science. They served as Director of Data Science at IDEO from 2017 to 2021 and are currently a Senior Director at the same organization. Bo has held various roles in academia, including serving as a Graduate Research Assistant and applying advanced statistical techniques in genetics at the University of Chicago. They are also pursuing a B.S. in Mathematics with a specialization in Economics and a Master’s in Statistics at the University of Chicago, alongside Executive Education in High Impact Leadership from Columbia Business School.
