Kaitlin Fine

Kaitlin Fine is an operations professional with a rich background in both commercial theatre and political campaigning. They spent the first decade of their career in the theatre industry, notably contributing to the Broadway and Chicago productions of Hamilton. In 2020, Kaitlin served as the Operations Director for the Ohio Democratic Party during the Biden campaign, where they managed budgets and events. Most recently, they held the position of Community Operations Manager at Spotify, where they focused on fostering creativity and community engagement. Currently, Kaitlin serves as a Senior Delivery Manager at Kooth Digital Health.
