Lian Gooden

Lian Gooden is an Agile Delivery Specialist with a strong background in project management and digital delivery. Lian served as a Digital Project Manager at Dixons Carphone, where they led key Omni-Channel initiatives focused on enhancing customer experiences. Lian also completed a two-year Graduate Development Scheme, gaining diverse experience across multiple roles, including eCommerce Trading Manager and Delivery Lead for Citizens Advice. Currently, Lian works as a Senior Delivery Manager at Kooth Digital Health, leveraging technology to drive social and ecological reform. Lian holds a BA in Italian and Chinese from the University of Leeds and has furthered their studies at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
