Customers often remark on how much KoozieZ.com employees really seem to love their jobs. They're right! We really do! Here at koozieZ.com we work hard to give our customers all the time and attention they want or need and pride ourselves on the unique and specialized attention each and every person is given.

KoozieZ.com is a “boutique” koozie company with some extra special flare! Customers quickly become a part of the KoozieZ.com family and all the fun that comes with it. Not only do we love creating designs and printing on personalized products but most of all, we love how happy customers are to receive them. Whether it be for a birthday party, wedding, charity event, military homecoming, baby shower, backyard bbq, girls night out, an expo or any event, kooziez lend that extra personalized touch of something special to whatever the occasion may be.

There are two main goals this five-star customer service oriented company has set forth for themselves and they often exceed expectations. They are:

1.	To provide consistent and constantly available customer service to both confirmed and non-confirmed orders 7 days a week, (almost) 24 hours a day. We also try to respond within an hour on Sunday mornings if that's the most convenient time for our shoppers!
2.	To provide our customers with a personalized product they're not only happy to receive but proud to show off to friends, family members, co-workers and/or possible clients!

The quality of the customer service is clear based on our 5 star reviews on Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/pg/beercoolies/reviews/
