Ryan Dortch

Ryan Dortch has a diverse work experience in the defense industry. Ryan currently serves as the Vice President of the Program Management Office at Kopin Corporation since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at BAE Systems as a Program Engineering Manager from 2018 to 2020. Before joining BAE Systems, Ryan worked at Raytheon for several roles. Ryan was a Lead System Engineer responsible for developing technical baselines and reducing configuration differences between PATRIOT assets. Ryan also served as the Deputy Chief Engineer managing engineering execution for PATRIOT contracts in Kuwait and UAE. Furthermore, Ryan held the position of Communications Sub-IPT Lead, managing the execution of contracts and delivering engineering deliverables to the US Government customer. Ryan's earlier experience at Raytheon includes roles as Deputy Communications Sub-IPT Lead and Cost Account Manager, as well as a Test Development Engineer.

Ryan Dortch has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Ryan also holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, earned from 2009 to 2011.
