Located in northern Poland, we benefit from proximity to these icy waters, known for producing top-quality salmon under strict, eco-friendly farming standards. 

At Koral, we’ve blended time-honoured processing techniques with modern technology to deliver higher-quality products at accessible prices. Our products are made exclusively from unfrozen raw materials, preserving the full flavor and natural structure of the fish. We don’t use artificial additives, preservatives, or enhancers, guaranteeing a clean composition and the highest quality.

Our portfolio now goes beyond fish: we also offer shrimp products and produce for leading private label brands across Europe and beyond.

Sustainability is at the core of everything we do. We serve customers in 38+ countries across five continents, offering unmatched quality, innovation, and trusted partnerships from catch to delivery. We work exclusively with certified suppliers (ASC, GGN, IFS, MSC, BIO, FDA, Global G.A.P.) and uphold strict environmental standards that protect marine ecosystems and maintain natural balance.

In 2024, we joined the Captain Fresh Group, expanding our global reach and strengthening our commitment to a transparent, efficient, and eco-friendly supply chain.
