Thomas Schmidt is currently the Director of Scientific & Technical Affairs at Körber Technologies Instruments GmbH. With a robust background in quality assurance and laboratory management, Thomas previously held leadership roles at JTI, including Director of QA Global Laboratories and Manager of QA Laboratories Europe, from 2002 to 2013. Thomas also gained experience as a Supervisor in Chemical Laboratories at RJ Reynolds and Borgwaldt Group. Educated at Fachhochschule Niederrhein, Thomas is pursuing a degree in Dipl. Ingenieur Chemie, Instrumentelle- und Umweltanalytik.
