Chris Fleming

With over 25 years of experience, Chris has been an innovative contributor to Korda’s success for the past 2 decades. Chris’s expertise ranges from large public infrastructure to large campus private development projects. His primary responsibility is managing and expanding the private site development group, which includes higher education, health care and corporate facilities, sports and entertainment complexes and commercial developments throughout Ohio.

Along with his design work, Chris provides AIA accredited continuing education presentations to Architects and Landscape Architects. Outside work, Chris has previously served on the boards of the Columbus Early Learning Center (CELC) and the Center for Architecture and Design and currently serves as President and Allied Professional member of the Ohio Landscape Architects Board.
