Eric Stephens

A graduate of The Ohio State University, Eric joined Korda in 2003 and heads the Mechanical Engineering Department. Over the past 35 years, Eric has worked on an impressive portfolio of healthcare and laboratory projects, in addition to several other project types. This well-rounded experience has made him especially adept at assisting multiple stakeholders generate successful solutions for the entire design and construction team. Eric’s easygoing nature are beneficial not only for the clients on their projects, but also as a guiding force within his department.

Eric has consistently been assigned to some of the more technically challenging projects. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he has designed a number of LEED healthcare projects. Among his professional accomplishments, Eric is one of the pioneers in the use of off-site pre-fabrication techniques.
