Bugra Selenbas

Bugra Selenbas is a product manager with over 15 years of international experience in market and business development for advanced chemicals and materials within the EMEA region. They have held leadership positions at Mitsuba Corporation, where they directed R&D, sales, and marketing initiatives, successfully overseeing post-merger integrations and business unit transformations. Before their tenure at Mitsuba, Bugra contributed to engineering and product development roles at Teklas and TEMSA, specializing in aerodynamic analysis and project management. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University while also engaging in an Executive MBA program at Columbia Business School.
