Ergun Hepvar

Ergun Hepvar is the Chief Executive Officer of Kordsa, a global tire reinforcement and composite materials producer with operations across four continents. They previously served as CEO/Country Director for Olmuksan International Paper Turkey from 2013 to 2020, and as Director of Digital Innovation and Data & Analytics at International Paper, where they led the enterprise data strategy, built analytics and AI capabilities, and established governance for disruptive technology innovation. Earlier roles included Vice General Manager of Procurement & Logistics at Akçansa Cement (2010–2013) and Chief Information Officer at Sabanci Holding (2005–2010). They also held IT leadership roles at CEVA Logistics, Apple, Unilever, and C-bridge Internet Solutions. They hold an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a BS in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
